The screening call with a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Strategist was really nice and friendly. But the actual interview for the role with the Associate Dean was rough. The person interviewing me was rude and condescending, barely looking up from her computer. It felt more like she was checking boxes on a list than having a conversation. She was distracted by her computer while I spoke and didn't give any feedback. When I had questions, she just gestured to the other person in the room and went back to her computer. I immediately withdrew my application after that.

I applied and heard back with an interview invite four days later. The interview itself was with two senior people from the department. They started by asking me to give an overview of my resume and then asked about my interest in this specific role. The main topics covered were time management, teamwork etiquette, and my knowledge of the position.
