Behavioral Technical Presentation

It began with a casual chat with HR, discussing my work history and the role. After about two weeks, they let me know I'd advanced to the next stage. This involved a presentation about the job to a group of candidates, followed by a 30-minute one-on-one behavioral interview, and then a brief tour of the hospital. Four weeks later, I had my third interview, which dug deeper into my work experience and more in-depth behavioral aspects like learning, stress/time management, technical skills, and handling multiple superiors and clients. They informed me two weeks after that I wasn't selected.

Behavioral Technical

It was a straightforward interview process and the people I met were quite friendly. They asked some standard questions and I felt I had the necessary qualifications. I first spoke with the director, followed by two team members who would be on the team I'd join.
