I had two interviews. The first was with the director, and the second was with others in the department. I was interviewed alongside another candidate. Three days after the interview, I was contacted and informed I was hired. They asked for my preferred start date. On my start date, I was to go to HR to complete paperwork before beginning my new role as Receptionist in the finance department.

So basically, it was a typical admission process. I used the Common App and stuff. There wasn't a formal interview, but I did chat with someone informally at a pre-orientation event before I got accepted. I got accepted just a few days after that event. I had applied a couple of weeks before.
