Supply Chain Analyst
The hiring process was quick and simple, with two interviews happening smoothly over about a month. Talking with the interviewers was easy, and they liked to have discussions. The final offer was thorough, and they went over all the important parts.
- Can you tell me about the specifics of this job and the details of your past experience?
Supply Chain
I talked to HR and the hiring manager. They asked me about my past experiences, my long term career goals, and challenges I faced in previous jobs. A lot of open-ended questions that didn't seem related to the job were asked, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate. The interviewers also seemed like they didn't know what they were asking or wanted to ask.
- What are your long-term career goals?
Stock Manager
The interview starts with a video call with a freelance recruiter. If your profile looks good, there'll be an in-person meeting with the manager to dig deeper and talk more about your background.
- Do you know how to use the SAP computer tool?
Product Manager
I had 3 video interviews in total. And I was waiting to have a 4th one! This process was long and tedious. I waited over 2 weeks for the result of my 3rd interview. All that to hear that the position had finally been filled internally... My advice to management: before opening a position to external applications, submit the offer internally first and if no one fills it after a certain period, only consider external applications. It will save everyone time... Fortunately, HR kept me regularly updated and gave me relevant feedback.
- Which experience on your resume do you think is most relevant for this position?
