First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Motorola Solutions.
Test Engineer
The hiring process was really chill and straightforward. First, I had a quick chat with the recruiter, like 15-20 mins, just asking stuff about me and if I could legally work. Then, I got to the main part: a 2.5-hour interview with two senior folks. It was a mix of tech stuff and how I handle people, talking about my past experiences and how they fit the job. They were super nice and helpful. Luckily, that was it, no more steps, and they offered me the job in just two days.
