Mid Easy Positive experience No offer 3 rounds

Pretty simple interview process. Started with screening, then some coding tasks, and finished with a technical interview that also had some soft skills questions. They gave me 3 coding tasks on Codelity: 2 were quick, 1 was longer. The technical interview was 90 mins long. They asked me a lot of soft skill questions first, then the tech lead took over and gave me a couple of coding tasks to do while I shared my screen.
