Technical Program Manager
The interview process was good. It consisted of 3 rounds initially: a phone screening, a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager, and then a loop interview with 4 people for 45 minutes each. I heard back about a week later and accepted the offer. The interviewers were respectful and easy to talk to, and the company culture seems great.
- Can you share an instance where you faced a conflict and explain the steps you took to resolve it?
Analyst
it was pretty easy, basically just a resume review for the first round and then more behavioral with some technical stuff for the second round. they were mostly looking for culture fits, and i was able to talk about my previous experiences to get into the final round pretty quickly.
- Could you walk us through your resume?

It was a really disappointing interview process. They kept rescheduling on me, and sometimes the interviewers didn't even show up. I did like the people I finally met and was excited about the job, but the whole process really bummed me out. I spent so much time and effort interviewing and waiting to hear back. After weeks of discussions and me getting frustrated because I had to keep rearranging my schedule for their disorganization, there was absolutely no follow up at all.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- What relevant experience do you have?
- What is your approach to strategy?
Software Engineer
I had a 30-minute chat with a recruiter, but then it went radio silent for over a week. I had to chase them up myself, and they said it would take more time. More silence until I got an automated email saying I was out of the running for the job, with no explanation. The recruiters at MotorTrend are super unprofessional and frankly, shouldn't be in customer-facing roles.
- Can you describe your background?
