First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Motion Industries.
Sales Engineer
It was a quick interview, lasting about an hour with mostly conversational questions, not too technical. It was just one round. We mainly talked about my previous jobs and common interview questions about challenges, strengths, and weaknesses. The interviewer was quite nice and friendly.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experiences and highlight the ones you enjoyed the most?
Analyst Intern
The interview process involved two stages: one interview conducted over Zoom and another interview that was in person. It wasn't highly technical. They asked typical interview questions like telling me about yourself, why you want this job, your strengths and weaknesses, and what you know about the position.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strength and weakness?
Intern
The interview was virtual. They made a mistake and scheduled me for a cloud development intern role instead of the supply chain intern position I applied for. The interviewer apologized and mentioned forwarding my information to the supply chain department, but I never heard back.
- Can you tell me about your capstone project?
Customer Service Representative
I applied and then went through an interview. After that there was a background check and a drug test. The employer gave me info on the job and what skills they were looking for. They also answered my questions about the company, the job, and the products.
- What drives you?
- Can you tell me about your best customer service skills?
