It was a three-part interview process: first a screening interview, then a team interview, and finally a writing sample. They were pretty informal, and everyone was great at answering questions. My advice would be to really prepare for the writing interview -- they love a good sample.

I was first contacted by someone I would be working with, not HR. The phone interview was fine, and I was then invited for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was a panel of three, including the person I spoke with initially and two other potential colleagues. It was pretty much a repeat of the phone interview with a couple of additional questions. The most challenging question asked was about a standout digital campaign and the reasons behind it. Navigating the interview was difficult due to one interviewer's distracting and disrespectful behavior (yawning, squirming). The interviewers offered minimal comments or follow-up questions, creating a one-sided feel, which seemed consistent with the organization's young leadership (early twenties). After the interview, I completed a basic writing test. I was told I'd hear back in a couple of weeks, but ultimately received a generic rejection email from their executive assistant. It was a useful experience in identifying a workplace I don't want to be a part of.
