It was all done through messages. I submitted my documents, but they never got back to me with a proper interview. They also didn't give me a chance to negotiate salary, which I think they couldn't afford. Their test involved two questions on how to answer emails, which I found unfair because I don't know how they operate internally. Whoever made that test clearly doesn't know anything outside their own specific workflow.

I had to answer some questions by email, then do a test, and then fill out another test and answer a few more questions. It was a fair test overall if you knew what you were doing, not too hard or easy.

The interview experience was great. It started with a general recruiter call. Then, there was a written test which included crafting a mock email and spotting errors in a translation. Following that, I interviewed with a Senior Account Manager and the Operations Director; their questions were really specific to the account manager role and they were thorough. The final interview was with the General Manager. The whole thing took about 4 weeks.

After I applied, I got a message on LinkedIn. They asked me to do a task, which I did and sent back the same day. I didn't hear back for a month, so I messaged them for feedback. The next day, I got an automated message on LinkedIn saying my application wasn't moving forward. There was no initial interview and no feedback, which makes me think they might have just used me to get a task done for free instead of going through a proper interview process. Others seem to have had the same thing happen. I regret spending my time and effort on people who can't even give a two-sentence response. But hey, at least I won't be working with them every day.
