I first applied through Indeed and was quickly contacted for a prescreen interview. The first step was a prescreen with the internal recruiter, who was great and explained the role and company. Next, I had a phone interview with the Hiring Manager, who is the VPHR. The third stage involved flying to the Texas Head office and staying at a Motel 6 to meet with the VPHR and the Director of Talent Acquisition. It was fantastic to meet them, and they also flew me to Dallas a few more times for training and meetings.

The manager knew me from my previous work as a bank teller, as I assisted him frequently. We started conversing, and he immediately offered me the Night Auditor position. I was then given a tour of the motel office, introduced to the rest of the staff, and informed about the job requirements and expectations.
