Civil Engineer
About two weeks later, I got the initial call from an HR recruiter. I was a little nervous, but they were very friendly. The chat was about 20 minutes and pretty straightforward. They went over my resume, asked about my experience, why I was looking to leave my last job, and importantly, what drew me to this company. At the end, they outlined the rest of the hiring process and asked about my salary expectations.
- What is my experience level?
Trainee
It was a very fluid, uncomplicated, and calm interview process. Simple questions were asked. The process had 2 interviews: 1 with HR and another technical one. First, a conversation with Human Resources to explore your motivation, expectations, and general knowledge. Then, a second interview with the leader of the area where you might work (for example, engineering, management, IT). They will ask you about your experiences, interests, and availability.
- What is your familiarity with containment works, foundation execution, and what do you know about them?
