Camp Maintenance
They just reviewed my background and drug test. They also told me that my HS diploma was needed. Direct deposit was only available for current workers only; therefore, payment was only made by check.

Project Lead
The interview process consists of two rounds. You'll start with a round with the manager where you'll introduce yourself. If you make it through that, you'll have a second round with the CEO. The whole thing should take about 1-2 weeks.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
Employer Engagement
Started with a 30-minute phone screen with the department manager. After that, I had an in-person panel interview at the main MMCC office 3 weeks later. It was an hour long and included the executive, two directors, and the manager. The executive led the interview, asking most of the questions quickly. The directors and manager each asked a few questions. It wasn't super hard, and I felt comfortable. After the interview, they discussed things while I waited outside. When I returned, they asked if I could commit to the job if offered. I said yes, and the executive offered me the position on the spot! I was surprised. The others were excited to have me and said they weren't looking at anyone else. The manager mentioned she knew she wanted to hire me during the first call. I got a conditional written offer a few hours later and had to complete a new hire package. Background checks were done quickly, and my start date was two weeks out.
- What do you know about the program you'd manage, and which departments would you need to work with to execute it? How would you coordinate with these departments to ensure the program is effective?
Purchasing Assistant
Just a heads up, this company isn't actually part of Montefiore Medical. They're a non-profit that happens to use Montefiore property and are using the name. So, if you're hoping to move up within Montefiore, this probably isn't the place. They don't offer Montefiore benefits, tuition help, vacation, or a 401K.
- How do you handle working under pressure?
