First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital.
Registered Nurse
The interview involved discussing clinical scenarios, which weren't too difficult. They asked about my past experiences. I was given a tour of the facility and introduced to some of the staff and residents. I received a quick response regarding the outcome. Overall, it was a positive experience.
- Could you share details about your nursing experience to date?
Paramedic
I honestly don't recall too much about this interview since it was ages ago. I think I spoke with someone from HR first, and then possibly with a nurse manager from the Emergency Department. It was an in-person interview, and I'm not sure if they interviewed me together or on separate days.
- They went over my resume and asked me questions about emergency services and the ED.
Administrative Fellow
I interviewed for the Administrative Fellow position and reached the on-site round where I was one of 6 candidates. I really liked the company culture and the leadership team seemed very supportive. They are taking proactive steps for the future. Even though I didn't get the job, I think it's a great place to work.
- Can you describe your typical approach when interacting with a physician?
Nutrition Services Ambassador
I went into the interview room and they asked me about my previous job and responsibilities. Then they asked why I applied for this job and with the answers I gave them, I was offered the job immediately.
- How did you handle a misunderstanding at your previous job?
