So the job description for this role was a bit misleading. They said it was an email marketing position, but during the interview, it turns out they actually want someone who can do 50% graphic design work, which wasn't mentioned at all in the job posting. This caused a lot of confusion and misalignment. They ended up not moving forward with me even though I had the experience for the email marketing part.
