I had 4 interviews total. The first two were phone calls with an H.R. person and the Member Solutions Team Manager. Then, I had 2 online meetings on Microsoft Teams, with the Member Solutions Team Manager and the V.P. of Loan Administration. The final interview had 5 online meetings on Microsoft Teams with the Manager of H.R., the V.P. of Administration, the Member Solutions Team Manager, the I.T. Manager, and the V.P. of Loan Administration. It was a lot of interviews, but I liked it because it was informative and I learned a lot about the company culture and what they expect. I got to ask questions and see how the departments work together. It was cool to meet some of the leaders and see how much they value clear communication.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite time-consuming and repetitive. It involved four interviews: one phone call, followed by three 2.5-hour interviews. During these, I met with individuals I wouldn't be working with, which seemed illogical. All interviews were behavioral, with an additional computer intelligence test administered after passing the initial three interviews. Overall, it felt like a waste of time.

I got a call and they set up an interview quickly, within three days. The first interview was pretty long, two hours. The first hour was with the hiring manager and then the second hour was with her boss. They called me back the same day to set up a second interview that was two days later with the senior leadership team. That interview was all day, I met five people one-on-one and they took me to lunch. I was really impressed with how fast and smooth everything went. Also, I was impressed how prepped every interviewer was.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and relaxed. They set expectations well, and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on the job. I met with managers from sales, operations, and executive management. They also gave me a tour of the facility. I felt comfortable asking my specific questions.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Questions were mainly about whether you're a good cultural fit.
  • Focus on sincerity and integrity.
  • Emphasis on doing the right thing.
