I got a call from the office to set up a working interview. I went in and worked alongside the staff and doctors. It felt like they were all friendly and answered my questions. The doctor I would have worked with directly had another candidate she was considering who had experience with her husband, also a dentist. That candidate didn't work out, so they reached out to me later.

It started with a phone screen with the hiring manager. Then, about a week later, I had an on-site interview with the hiring manager and an HR person. After that, I came back for a final interview where I presented an analysis I did using data they gave me to a panel of 5 people. I got a call with an offer within 48 hours. What was great about Mortenson was how quickly they responded and how clear they were about the interview process, plus they made decisions fast. This, along with good Glassdoor reviews, made me choose them over another offer. I really thought about it because I was with my last company for so long.
