it was easy and pleasent, they asked simple questions. you just need to be sharp and focus on core how things are done and how to acheive it. this helped a lot in the interview process.

It was a pretty laid back interview with a small team (3 people). The first one I had didn’t have any technical questions. The purpose seemed more to get aquatinted and hear about work experience and what I’m looking for in a firm.

The interview process was very detailed and everyone was extremely professional. They made time to accommodate my schedule, and I enjoyed speaking with the interview team as they were friendly. It's a professional office with hardworking and accomplished individuals. I got through the first round of what sounded like a three-step process. After the second interview, I was offered a chance to apply for the Bozeman office, but I declined because I had just moved and didn't want to relocate again. They asked a lot of questions about my personality, my free time, and hobbies outside of work.

I applied online for this Senior Structural Engineer job. There were many openings. HR interviewed me. They seemed clueless about what a Licensed Structural Engineer can legally design. The interview was super short, only 20 mins, and they just read my resume. They said I'd interview with the structural engineering department next week, but that never happened. It makes you wonder what working there is like if they're this dishonest during interviews.
