The onboarding process was excellent and extensive. Training was clear and helpful. I was offered a lot of support throughout and had a clear contact for questions concerning the position. Follow-up contact was professional, and overall it was a great experience.
- Can you tell me about your motivation for applying for this role?
Registered Dietitian
talked to a Morrison recruiter first, then the hospital hiring manager did a phone screen, after that there was a remote interview panel with some dietitians and the hiring manager, then a call with the recruiter about the offer.
- Did you work through multiple case studies and clinical scenarios?
- Were there any specific clinical questions asked during the interview?
Registered Dietitian
They explained the position and asked me typical interview questions about my work history and relevant experience. They also asked about my availability, including preferred shifts and start dates. Additionally, they asked specific questions related to the role, like how I'd handle certain situations or my approach to teamwork.
- How do you cope with stress?
Purchasing Specialist
First, I had a casual phone chat with the recruiter. We talked about my past jobs and the main duties of the position. The recruiter was nice and made the company look good. After that, the recruiter set up a formal interview with the Systems and Regional Directors. They were both friendly and asked questions directly about the job and my experience. A few days later, the Systems Director called and asked if I could meet the Corporate Executive Chef the next day since they would be in town. We scheduled it, and I interviewed with the Systems Director, Corporate Executive Chef, and the Executive Chef. This last interview was about the nitty-gritty details of the job, making sure I knew about restaurant purchasing, receiving, and other specific tasks.
