The interview, which had a remote option, was nearly 4 hours long. The interviewers were nice and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. I was asked standard questions and had ample opportunity to ask them my own questions.

It was a pretty straightforward process, they asked some competency questions and situation judgment tests like what would you do if a client called and asked for information but your supervisor was not around? They also asked about interests and hobbies.
