It was pretty fast and painless. The hiring manager assured me I wouldn't have to go on the roof because I mentioned I have a fear of heights. On my first day, he assigned me the task of cleaning the gutters. I reminded him again about my fear of heights. I ended up quitting then.

The manager was really interested in my past experience to understand the kind of employee I'd be. They were very friendly and smart, with a great attitude towards employees and customers. We toured the facility and discussed my responsibilities. We also did a role-play exercise where I had to "sell" the storage unit, the facility, and the packing supplies, as customers were coming in to lease units.
