First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MORI Associates.
Customer Service Representative
We went through a few rounds of filtering. First was a quick phone chat to go over what the job is about. Then another call to see if my personality and temperament would fit. After that, I went in person to the main office for an interview with my potential direct manager and their supervisor. It felt pretty comfortable and we had a good conversation.
- Can you describe your problem-solving methodology?
Intern
The interview process was really relaxed and conversational. They didn't ask any tricky questions, and it was evident that they valued candidates' time. It was a great, efficient experience that gave me a positive overall impression of the company.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What about this role caught your attention?
Multimedia Specialist
It was a simple three-stage process. First, a recruiter call, followed by a video panel interview with three people from the client's team, not from MORI.
- Can you tell me about a difficult situation you faced and how you managed it?
