The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“After applying, there was a quick HR chat about my motivation and when I'm available. Then, I had a technical interview with a manager and a senior person, the questions weren't too difficult. Following that, I did a case interview with two managers. The case involved analyzing short financial statements of an oil company in a specific business situation, focusing on credit risk. It wasn't overly challenging. I haven't heard back since, with no feedback.”Candidate-reported process
“It was a Hirevue interview, with three questions. Not a lot of prep time, and a few minutes to answer each. You get two tries per question, no stopping, and it all takes about 10 minutes.”Candidate-reported process
“It was a smooth and quick process. Just 2 days after applying, I had the interview. It covered a lot of derivatives theory and a description of my current role. The final part involved macroeconomic commentary and my thoughts on current events.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
