I got offered the job after just one interview, but then the background check took so long that the first job offer expired. They reached out again later that year with a different job, but then they ghosted me.

Interviews at MBC usually happen weekly. When you arrive, you'll check in at the front desk and then start meeting with Managers and Senior Consultants from various teams. The interview process generally involves more than 4 one-on-one meetings so you can learn about the different departments in the company.

I was recruited by an internal employee to join a new startup, Human Capital Solutions 2020. It was a very quick interview process! The Practice Principal contacted me and went over my resume briefly over the phone and set up a face-to-face interview later that week. I met with her for about 45 minutes and we discussed personality-based questions focusing on work ethic, meeting challenging expectations, and dealing with adversity. Then I met with the team lead who focused on resume review and experience; we spoke for about an hour. She said she would get back to me within a week. I got a call back exactly one week later and was offered a contingent position, pending a background check! I started the following week.

I applied and they invited me for a first interview. The person who interviewed me said they'd have someone else reach out to schedule the next interview. I didn't hear back, so I followed up, but still nothing. Total ghosting! It sounds like this happened to other people too.
