First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Moreton & Company.
Engineer
The interview process at the Company was pretty good and interesting. It kicked off with a straightforward phone screening. After that, there was a video interview with a group of people. The technical part was tough but felt right. The last bit with the senior people was more like talking, which was nice. All in all, it was put together well.

Account Administrator

Account Manager
I started with a recruiter, then had a great first interview with the company president. The next interview was with three male producers, and unfortunately, it didn't go well. They asked if I was a mother or planned to be, due to concerns about needing a flexible schedule for kids. I was shocked and told the president, and then I was out of the running.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Producer
Had a few calls and in-person meetings. They seemed interested in my input. The atmosphere wasn't high-pressure. They were flexible with my schedule for the interviews. I also got to meet the people I'd be working with, to make sure it was a good fit.
- What's your strategy for market development?
