I spoke with three people: a Coordinator, a Production Manager, and the General Manager. They were all really down-to-earth, not like some of those corporate fashion people. Basically, they wanted to see if I had at least two years of fashion industry experience and if I was solely focused on production with no plans to pursue design down the line.
