Apply on Edjoin then if you are selected for an interview it is a panel interview. From there depending on when you are interviewed you'll know if you are afford a job. I only did 1 interview for this district.

SAP Counselor
It was a really impersonal interview. The panel just asked questions and had a sheet of paper taped to the table. They didn't ask if I had questions at the end, so I'd recommend having some ready. They were focused on their tablets and wrote down my answers, so there wasn't much eye contact.

Substitute Teacher
I met with three people I knew for my interview. Each of them asked me two questions that were written on the table. Afterwards, they asked if I had any questions. I did, and I asked about the curriculum for this new program.

I had a brief interview with an administrator. They asked about five to seven questions focused on behavior and classroom management, and strategies for supporting a student with reading difficulties. The interviewer was friendly and acknowledged my nervousness.
