If your resume looks like a good fit, a recruiter will give you a call or shoot you an email. After that, the hiring manager will chat with you over the phone and then you'll meet them in person. Finally, the president and the operations manager will meet with you to talk about the job. It's a really thorough process because FE Moran wants to make sure they hire the right people.

I met the recruiter at a college job fair and they told me a lot about the company. The recruiter was really friendly and seemed genuinely excited about their job and the company. I then interviewed with their project manager group and senior management. They were all very nice and made me feel comfortable. The interviews quickly became informal, giving me a good sense of the people who work there. They do expect a quick response if they offer you a position. These folks really love what they do and take pride in their work, and they seem to be at the forefront of mechanical engineering.

I sent my resume in for an Administrative Assistant job. When I arrived, it turned out the job was more of a sales role. I have experience in customer service and administration, and I wouldn't have applied if I knew it was a sales job. I talked to a few people, and I got the impression one of the guys was biased against women.

Had a meeting with the president of the division I was applying for. They asked me questions about my knowledge and background, and how I would handle certain situations for my role. Also asked where I saw myself in the future.
