It was a nice chat, we talked about my previous jobs that were similar and why I picked Mooyah. We also went over pay and the food allowance situation for employees. The conversation touched on training and the overall culture at Mooyah, plus customer service.

I put in my application online and they called me about a week later for an interview. I went in and the assistant manager asked me around 20 questions about my past experiences, how I approach work, and how I'd deal with different scenarios. After that, I met with another manager who mostly talked about when I could work and how I'd commute. The interview went pretty well, and they said they'd be in touch if I got the job. I ended up getting an email that same day saying I was hired.

The hiring process was super straightforward. The manager just asked some basic questions about me and then I got the job. It was really obvious how it worked. Basically, just don't mess up and you'll get hired.
