Administrative
This was one of the worst experiences I have encountered. I applied for a job, was contacted within a few days with some questions that I answered and never heard back. Two months later they reach out to me to schedule an interview. I didn't answer right away as I had already found a job. Then I get a rude email from someone upset that I didn't respond for the interview. Of course, I have no interest in interviewing now. I looked up the people who I was communicating with, one was an intern and the other was an office manager. So I suppose, when these are the people handling interviews, I shouldn't expect much. If these are the people handling HR, this is not a company I'm interested in joining.

Financial Analyst
You start with a chat with HR, and if they like you, you then have a one-hour discussion with the department you'd be joining. They really dig into your past experience to make sure you're a good match.
- Can you describe your experience working with various technologies?
Graphic Designer
The interview process was very conversational and the interviewer was easy to talk to, making me feel confident. I understood there was another candidate, and I was given a design challenge on Friday evening, due Monday morning. I dedicated most of my weekend to completing it. After submitting, I waited two weeks without hearing back. Despite multiple follow-ups with the recruiter, they eventually informed me they had chosen the other candidate. It was frustrating to have my life on hold for an answer, only to be rejected without any explanation or feedback on my submitted work. A simple reason, like the other candidate's better execution or a need for management experience, would have been helpful. This lack of feedback leaves me uncertain about my performance in future interviews.

Tech Pack Designer
The interview process was fast, direct, professional, and informative, conducted via a virtual video call. The staff were very nice. However, I'm not super optimistic about my chances; it felt like they weren't prioritizing recent graduates and were more interested in experienced professionals.
- Can you tell me about your professional background?
