I got a call for a phone interview. The recruiter was super nice and it seemed to go great. She mentioned another recruiter would call me soon. That was almost two weeks ago, and I've heard nothing. Honestly, that's really unprofessional and makes the company look bad.

I had a phone interview with HR and one of the design managers. The interview was pretty quick. The design manager was late calling, which was difficult since I was on a time constraint from my other job. They also spoke negatively about their work atmosphere. It became apparent early on that I wasn't a fit because they were looking for someone with less experience who would be more of a grunt worker, and I have lead designer experience.

Don't bother applying if you have experience. The previous reviews were right! When filling out the application, it asks if you can work weekends and overtime. It's not worth it, especially when they only offer 30k for the position. You only see employers that look like they are fresh out of high school, which explains the high turnover. When I asked the employer about this in the interview, she dodged the question and wouldn't answer, which is a red flag.

The office space was really small and it didn't feel very welcoming from the other people there.
