The first call with the recruiter went fine, but after that, I was ghosted. My friend had the exact same thing happen with the same recruiter. I hope this isn't a typical experience, but it's still a bummer.

We went into a convention room and were guided through the process. The first part involved examinations which were difficult, with a focus on psychrometric testing. The HR representative was welcoming and walked us through everything. The location also offered a nice view of Baguio.

So, the process usually starts with a detailed phone chat with a recruiter. This recruiter has been with the company for ages, like over 15 years, and genuinely enjoys working here. If you get past that, you'll typically head to the office for several panel interviews. Most interviewers will have seen your answers from the phone chat, and they'll probably ask questions that tie into your responses and what's on your resume. The good news is, if you've reached this point, they already think you're technically sound. The real focus now is on whether you'll be a good fit for the team and the company culture. Definitely look into the company values. Also, don't BS your experience on your resume or during the phone interview. I've had people slip through the phone screen by saying they're a '9 or 10' in certain skills, but then they couldn't answer basic, entry-level questions in those same areas.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty chill interview process. First, I had a behavioral chat with the person who would be my manager. They mostly asked about my past experiences and if I'd used any of the tech they work with. Then, there was another interviewer who was more of an expert in the field, and they wanted to test my understanding of the core concepts.
