The interview process was super fast and straightforward. They asked me some basic questions about myself, why I wanted to work for the company, and what made me a good candidate for the position. All in all, it was a really smooth and positive experience.

I applied pretty much right after a career fair. They took about 3 weeks to get back to me but did email to set up an interview. The interview itself was pretty standard, with two interviewers, a portfolio review, and a Q&A. The annoying part was that they didn't let me know when they said they would. I had to email and call to find out when to expect an answer, and even that took a bit, then I got a vague answer. I still didn't hear back for another week and a half, so I had to call again and finally got my answer.

Got contacted by an external agency, then connected with someone at the company. It was kinda slow with little feedback to the recruiter. Then I talked to a team member, and we went over the job details, my design style, and past projects. After that, I had to make a presentation on my best design areas and projects. Sent it, but then heard nothing for weeks, had to call them. They asked me to create another document showing my design process, sketching, etc. Sent that, confirmed they got it, and got a timeline for a response. That timeline passed, more weeks went by, had to call again. Turns out they thought I was a vendor and asked me to send my resume again. The process is super slow, but they did give me some idea of how the office operates. This place has potential and seemed like a good employer, but the slow process and poor communication are apparently company-wide, and the expectations are high with little back.
