Sales
I talked with the Director of Sales and some senior team members about my strengths and weaknesses. We also talked about experiences that made me customer centered and sales oriented.
- Tell me about what you're most proud of accomplishing through your education.
Sales Representative Assistant
I applied online through the website and got an interview set for the following week. I interviewed with the Revenue Manager. The questions were skill specific, customer service oriented, personality quizzes and I was given a brief introduction of my role. The pay is extremely low for the skills that they require for the position and it's seasonal. I took the job for the experience but it's not the best place to work, they are always hiring so that speaks for itself. The pay in all departments is quite low compared to any other hospitality based company. Management is set in their ways and it's their way or the highway. Overall, it was an easy interview. I do not see this organization as a place to move up. Plenty of people with convictions work here.
- Can you tell us about your personality and what you would bring to Moody Gardens?
Biologist
The interview process was pretty casual, but they did ask about my qualifications and what makes me the best candidate for the role. My passion for aquatic life actually helped when discussing the general duties required for the job.
- What makes you qualified for this job?
- Why are you the best person for this role?
