We kicked off with a TA screening call, which was a relaxed chat. Next was the Hiring Manager Call, where it was good to have a few strong examples of product leadership related to the discussion. Then came the Product Loop, which consisted of a FAANG-style live case study with a fake company, not related to Monzo. You should prepare some frameworks to help structure your ideas, but be ready for them to grill you in all directions. There was also a Product Presentation of your own work. Finally, a Leadership / Values Interview involved a deep discussion on a couple of your past experiences, focusing on why it was hard, and above all, what you learned from it.

Presentation Case Behavioral

The whole process was super clear and they kept me in the loop the whole time. First, I had a recruiter call, then a call with the hiring manager. After that, I had to give a presentation about a product I had previously launched. The final stage was a loop with a product case study and a behavioral interview. My recruiter called me between each stage to explain exactly what they were looking for and what I needed to do to prepare. It was tough and required a lot of prep, but I felt good that my prep was on the right track.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process has three main steps. First, there's a screening call to check your qualifications and if you're a good fit. A recruiter or HR person usually does this. If you pass that, you'll talk more with the hiring manager about your experience and skills for the job. Finally, you'll do a case study. They'll give you a problem or situation to look at and then you'll present your ideas and how to fix it. This part tests your practical skills and how you solve problems.
