I let them know my availability a week in advance, but they only got back to me the next week trying to set up an interview for the same day with only 30 minutes notice. When I tried to reschedule, they just ghosted me.

Applied online and then got an invite for a virtual interview where I had to record my answers to some questions. I did well on that one and got a second interview with the hiring manager, which also seemed to go well. After that, they just went silent and I never heard back, even after I followed up with the hiring manager. It was super frustrating to not get any response at all. The interview questions were pretty standard.

It started with a one-way video interview, where I had to record myself answering 10 questions, each within 60 seconds. I didn't know the questions beforehand. It took a really long time to get through all the questions and make sure my answers weren't cut off. One good thing was that I could re-record, but that also almost made it worse, especially if you're a perfectionist.

It was a pretty quick interview, maybe 20-30 minutes. I just got asked basic stuff about my past experiences, why I wanted to work there, and what I could contribute. I had one in-person interview with the hiring manager and some current interns. They also threw in a couple of fun questions to see how creative I am and how I handle pressure. It was a good experience, and I got a call about 4-5 days later with an offer.
