Behavioral

The interview was overall cordial. An HR person contacted me to arrange a time for the interview. Following that, there was a panel interview. The questions asked were pretty standard. They mentioned they would let me know after the other two candidates had their interviews, but I never received any follow-up.

It was a straightforward process with behavioral questions. The toughest hurdle was getting past the old ATS system to even get an interview. After that, the managers made it a smooth experience. They use a different site for applications now.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

Did a virtual screening first, which was harder than expected. Then I had an in-person panel interview. The panel was nice but they really focused on what they wanted to know. I had to come prepared with ideas about how I'd approach strategy for the role.

Technical Behavioral Other

I put in my application online and then got an email to take a computerized test called the PSECS. I went and took it, and they told me I passed right away. Then I had an interview the same day. They told me I didn't pass the interview, but later they called me at home to say they made a mistake and I actually did pass. They wanted to move forward with a background check. A week later, I got an email for the background check, which they said would take about six weeks. After six weeks, my background investigator contacted me for an in-person background check where they talk to neighbors, employers, family, and friends. After that meeting, they said I should hear back in two weeks. I didn't, so I called them back, and they told me to call the person who set up my computerized test. She said she hadn't received any information yet. A week after that, I got an email saying they decided not to move forward with my application, with no reason given. So, I waited four months for a job, went through tests, interviews, and background checks, and got no explanation for why they aren't continuing my application.
