It was a phone interview first. Then a panel interview with like 5 people. After that, I interviewed with 2 VPs. They asked me about equality and different cultures.

I had a phone interview, and then a few weeks later, they invited me for an in-person interview. This was a half-day panel interview. They mentioned that follow-up would take about two weeks. It's been over six months now. I've reached out by phone and email several times but haven't heard back. My application still shows as 'in process' in the system. I finally contacted HR, and they informed me that another candidate had a second interview a few months ago, but no evaluation was completed from that interview, so no decision was recorded. I would have appreciated a clear yes or no response to my follow-ups.

Applied and was contacted about interview 1 about 2.5 weeks later. Interview 1 was about a week after being contacted. Was contacted about interview 2 about a week after the first interview. Interview 2 was about a week later. Reached out regarding the position 2 weeks after the second interview, and again a week after that. Received an automated email about 3 weeks after my last interview stating I was not selected and to not reply. Was hoping to request feedback but was not given the chance.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process took quite a while, with the first interview happening about a month after I applied. It was a face-to-face panel interview with four people. The second interview, with two people, occurred about a month after the first. I felt the first interview was tougher than the second. They said I'd hear back in about two weeks, but I never did. I emailed to check on the status, and the person I emailed passed it along to someone more involved. That was the last I heard. I was disappointed not to get an offer, though I realized later I wasn't the right fit. Still, I think it's just basic courtesy to let candidates know either way. It was more the handling of it than not getting the job that was disappointing. I'm not sure if this is typical for this employer or just specific to that department. Plus, the whole process was slow compared to other jobs I've applied for, which added to my disappointment.
