I met with the supervisor and showed them my work examples, like written pieces and designs I made in Photoshop and Illustrator. We reviewed my examples, and they asked me some questions like "What is your biggest weakness, greatest strength?" "Tell me about a time you failed, a time you succeeded," "What would you do in this kind of situation?" They were really nice and easy to talk to. Afterwards, they said they'd call me to let me know when I should start.

The interview process felt pretty laid-back. They didn't seem too concerned about my experience as an administrative assistant, as long as I had a high school diploma. It seemed like they weren't looking for experienced hires, probably so they could offer the lowest wages around.

It was a zoom interview, and they got straight to the point with a few questions. Only two out of the five people actually asked me questions. They were nice. I don't think I'll be selected for another interview.

The application process was straightforward. I applied as part of my graduate application and received an offer. My supervisor guided me through my job responsibilities. I was assigned lab manuals and scheduled for CPR and First Aid training.
