They even changed the role details and salary range halfway through, which felt super shady. Plus, they’d blame me for delays that were clearly on their end. It really gave off a vibe of a toxic, messy culture where candidates aren't valued. If this is how they treat people before hiring, I can't imagine what it's like inside.
