My first interview was a 1.5 hour phone chat with the hiring manager, no HR involved. Then, I had an on-site interview for 2-3 hours with 3 team members. They seemed really keen on offering me the job and I thought an offer would follow. After several weeks of no contact, I got a call saying they definitely wanted to hire me. A major issue was the salary discussion with the hiring manager was $20K lower than what was initially talked about. It was a super disappointing and unprofessional end to the process. I got the feeling they assumed I'd take anything because I might be desperate. It felt like a complete waste of my time. HR was unresponsive to calls and emails. The company has a great brand, but the interview process was bad. It felt like a 'boys club,' which is a shame. I ended up taking another job that paid double the salary initially discussed.

I saw an online ad for a Brand Ambassador position on the Monster Energy website and applied there. A few days later, I got a call to set up an interview for the next Thursday. The interview itself was pretty laid-back, mainly focused on getting to know me and explaining what the job entails. I also had to complete a bunch of paperwork, including consent forms, and they took my picture for the regional manager. I found out a couple of weeks later that I got the job, and the next steps were a background check, a driving record check, and a drug test. Excited to get started!
