I had several meetings with the recruiter, and then a panel interview with people from Monster. The panel was made up of two directors and a VP. They focused a lot on financial and distribution knowledge.

The interview process was improper and unprofessional. The hiring manager overpromised, saying they wanted me and even discussing salary after two interviews. However, the offer was revoked after a third, unplanned interview, even though they initially said there were only two interviews. So, don't believe anything until you sign the contract.

Had a phone interview and then an in-person interview with a recruiter. I was then referred straight to Monster for the actual in-person interview. The first interview at Monster took nearly two hours and they asked a lot of questions. I was interviewed by the team members whose jobs I would be taking over. The second interview lasted about an hour and was with the department's Controller. Both interviews seemed to go well, and the interviewers were nice.
