Production Associate
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I sat in a room with 6 people, and they all asked basic questions about my background and how my skills would relate to the job. The interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. After it was over, I left and they said they would get in touch with me in about a week.

It was pretty straightforward and the people were kind. They asked some good questions. You can easily see why people like working here for a long time. You just need to show you understand some parts of the job. Otherwise, it was very easy.

- Tell me about the accomplishments in your career that you're most proud of.

Had a phone call with HR and was asked to write an essay about my experiences and interests. It was pretty informal, and I heard back in a few weeks. You get to mention which departments you'd want to intern with.
