The interview I did was over Skype, and the questions were very straightforward and standard - no big shocks or surprises. Just make sure you go over a few standard interview questions online, and that you have a good internet connection. The lady who interviewed me was very friendly and put my mind at ease even though I was incredibly nervous.

Applied online and was emailed the next day for a Skype interview that went for about 35 minutes. The interviewer was nice and started by talking about the company, then let me ask questions. After that, I was asked about my background, why I want to teach, if I had prior experience, what makes me a good fit, and what I could improve on. It was a nice chat.
