I applied online for the Senior Analyst role. After going through 3 interview rounds and submitting work samples, the company just ghosted me without any follow-up. It's pretty disappointing and concerning, especially for a company that claims to value insights and communication. It makes you really think twice about investing your time and effort here. I interviewed with people who held titles like Consultant of Insights, Senior Consultant of Insights, and Director of Insights. The only person who seemed unprofessional was the Employee Experience Associate Manager, who was pretty junior and couldn't even answer basic questions about Monigle. The other interviewers were professional and upfront. They elaborated well on the job description to help me see if it was a good fit and asked questions to see if I aligned with their needs.

The hiring process started out prompt and responsive. The initial phone screen was a bit more involved than a basic check. My interview with the hiring manager started late. I liked his approach, and he was frank and seemed up-front about things. However, neither of us knew I discovered they had recently laid off some people in the department, contradicting the narrative that they couldn't keep up with business (though that might be true if they're laying people off). There wasn't enough time to ask all my questions. The job description didn't mention travel, but both interviews made it clear it was required. The pay was on the lower end of acceptable without travel, but with travel, it's too low. I provided work samples as requested by the recruiter. Then there was a couple of weeks of silence, followed by a cold, boilerplate rejection email. My follow-up email asking what went wrong was ignored.

The interview process felt rushed. The interviewer spoke really fast and even yawned while talking. Her way of speaking was kind of teenage-like. She also said she'd let me know by the next Tuesday how things went, but she never did. I sent a follow-up email, but it was ignored. It's fine if I didn't get the job, but it's unprofessional to not let someone know.

The interview process begins with a phone screen. Then, you'll meet with the VP of Marketing, followed by the CMO, and finally the managing Principal. These in-person interviews are held at the office, and the dress code is business casual/professional, though it's better to skip the suits.
