I had 30-min 1:1s with a design lead, product lead, engineering lead, and growth marketing lead. Each interview had a different case or behavioral study. Then I talked to the hiring manager, and that was it.

Recruiter reached out for a senior PM position and I passed the initial interviews. The portal updated my status to show I was still being considered. Then, I got an email saying they hired someone else externally, without any heads-up or info about other candidates. While I'm glad I interviewed, the process wasn't very clear. If a candidate's portal shows they're moving forward, but the job is actually being closed, it would be better to communicate that clearly to avoid giving false hope. People interviewing should double-check their actual status because portal updates might not be accurate.

The interview process started with a 30-minute mobile phone screen with the recruiter. We scheduled this on rippleMatch, which is where they post their openings. Following that, there was a scheduled 45-minute call with the manager. The final stage consisted of two 45-minute calls and one 30-minute call.
