Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty good interview process. I had to interview with about three people, all within a few hours because of time constraints, but I was able to get through it. It's not too bad, just be prepared to answer mostly behavioral questions. They really emphasize teamwork and growth.

Coding Technical

The technical screen was pretty easy, but the Karat interview was more difficult. You have to move through the questions very quickly. First, there's a quick time complexity section, then two multi-part problems. I found it difficult because my Karat engineer had noise in the background and was hard to understand. The recruiters are very nice though.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I had 3 online interviews because of covid. The first was a 30-min call with standard behavioural stuff, like why I want to work there, and they talked about my resume. Then a 1-hour technical interview with an engineer, they asked about my programming knowledge and I had to solve 2 problems. It was easy but awkward bc the interviewer was not social. The last round was a mix of technical and management interviews. The technical part was easy and the interviewer was good, but the management interview was not the most comfy and I struggled bc I didn't prepare enough.
