The interview process was pretty standard, involving two main stages. First, I spoke with the store manager. Then, I had a follow-up interview with both the store manager and the district manager. Since it's a customer service role, the focus was mainly on behavioral questions and discussing my past work experience.

I dropped my resume in branch, and after 4 days, the branch manager called me to set up a phone interview. A couple of days later, I had my phone interview, which was all about situational questions. Then, I was invited to a group interview, which was pretty easy – they just wanted to see if I was enthusiastic and an active team player. About a week later, I had my final one-on-one interview with the Branch Manager and District Manager. It was really easy, just talking in person about my daily tasks. During this last interview, they gave me a simple math test and some paperwork.

Behavioral Technical Other

I had a good interview experience. I dropped off my resume at their store and they also asked me to apply online. About a day later, I got a call for a telephonic interview, followed by an online assessment with behavioral questions. Later that afternoon, the same HR person called to say I'd passed both rounds and would hear from the branch manager on a specific date. I then interviewed with the branch manager, and the final round was with the district manager. The whole process was smooth and took about 2 weeks. They mostly ask behavioral questions and about your previous work experiences.
