It began with a phone interview, followed by a writing assignment. Then, I had two in-person interviews that included writing tests. The final stage was another writing assignment, which I was sent along with my college transcripts. I went through the three interviews in January and early February. After that, the recruiter went radio silent, ignoring all my calls, messages, and emails. I had to resort to calling the office building's front desk to try and get transferred, but still no response. It's now mid-March, and the recruiter called me for a

It started with an easy call to understand the role and the company's culture. After that, there was an in-person interview that included shadowing a typical day, focusing on sales and how tasks are distributed and completed before the end of the day.

The interview process was disorganized and unprofessional. I was passed around to several people who did not consult with each other. They asked for a long and involved assignment and then ghosted me. It was very rude.

There were three interviews in total and everyone was super friendly and helpful during the interview process. I heard back after a couple of weeks about a job offer. It was a very laid back interview process.
