It began with a phone interview, followed by a writing assignment. Then, I had two in-person interviews that included writing tests. The final stage was another writing assignment, which I was sent along with my college transcripts. I went through the three interviews in January and early February. After that, the recruiter went radio silent, ignoring all my calls, messages, and emails. It started with an easy call to understand the role and the company's culture. After that, there was an in-person interview that included shadowing a typical day, focusing on sales and how tasks are distributed and completed before the end of the day.

The interview process was disorganized and unprofessional. I was passed around to several people who did not consult with each other. They asked for a long and involved assignment and then ghosted me. It was very rude.

There were three interviews in total and everyone was super friendly and helpful during the interview process. I heard back after a couple of weeks about a job offer. It was a very laid back interview process.
