It took about a month for them to get back to me after the initial screening, though I know others who heard back much sooner. After the screening, your info is shared with different teams who might invite you to interview. Once I was invited, I had one interview that lasted 45 minutes to an hour with three interviewers. I received an offer two days after the interview.

It was a pretty standard screening interview, then an interview with a local partner. I got great feedback, and the interviews went well. Then... nothing. I emailed for an update and was told they had filled the position. I asked for feedback but got none. A few weeks later, the recruiter reached out to see if I was still interested. I said sure and that I was excited to apply again. A week passed with no response. I asked if they wanted to schedule some time, and I was told they gave the job to someone else again. This seems like it would be a lovely place to work, and maybe it's an issue with the recruiter, I don't know. But they will make you chase them for updates, and you won't get any feedback. It's too bad, because I was excited about the role.

I applied and got contacted by HR pretty fast. The first interview seemed to go okay. They said I'd hear back in a week to set up an in-person meeting, but nothing happened. I followed up, saying I was still interested, but still no reply. Then, two months later, after total silence, I got a generic email saying I wasn't a good fit. It felt a bit unprofessional since we had talked before, but I guess HR people are busy.
